Una manta raya
Barro Blasfemo (2010)
Las olas del Pacífico chocan
contra su vientre,
para devolverle al rostro
ráfagas de claridad.
Las nubes cerca del volcán
humedecen las mejillas,
para declararle mujer de la tierra,
llena de ámbar y secretos nocturnos.
La luna acaricia el muslo,
y zurce musgos en la aurora.
Las olas chocan en el vientre
mientras una manta raya aletea un bramido.

A Sting Ray
The Pacific waves clash
against her womb,
return gusts of clarity
to her face.
The clouds near the volcano
dampen her cheeks,
pronounce her woman of the earth,
full of amber and nocturnal secrets.
The moon strokes her thigh,
and mends moss in the aurora.
The waves clash in the womb
while a sting ray flutters a cry.
